Nestled on the secluded peninsula of Butte a l’herbe, our recently-built beach house offers uninterrupted views over the five northern islets, Coin De Mire, Flat Island, Ilot Gabriel, Round Island and Snake Island.

It has a garden, direct beach access and an alfresco, feet-in-the sand dining area.

About the Property

Designed in a contemporary style, this beach abode has an open-plan living space, with a fully-equipped, modern kitchen and a living room which offers a direct access to the beachfront terrace and private swimming pool. The ground floor has one air-conditioned room fitted with a 1m x 2m bunk bed and a separate bathroom, the first floor has two air-conditioned en-suites, fitted with comfortable double-beds, spacious bathrooms and offering ocean views.

About the neighborhood

As our home is in a family compound, it offers a safe and serene environment for you to relax and feel comfortable. In order to maintain the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, we kindly request that you refrain from making excessive noise such as playing loud music or hosting parties. Please respect the tranquility of the area so that you and your fellow guests can fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings, including the sea and sun on this peaceful beach.
